Terms of Purchase and Service Provision

1. In this document, the Store refers to the e-commerce website www.snukerioakademija.lt
2. In this document, the Administrator or Seller refers to the legal entity VšĮ “Snukerio akademija”, company code 304301865, email address info@snukerioakademija.lt, which administers the Store and sells products within it (hereinafter – Administrator).

• In this document, Products refer to goods and/or services presented and sold in the Store. Products do not include items and/or services displayed in promotional banners or informational sections that contain links to other websites or external sources.
• In this document, User refers to any individual who visits the Store for any purpose, using any device and at any time of day.
• In this document, Buyer refers to a User who is purchasing or has already purchased Products from the Store.
• These Terms of Use and Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter – Rules) constitute a legally binding document that defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the User (Buyer) and the Administrator (Seller) when the User (Buyer) uses the Store and purchases Products.
• All Users have the right to register and create a personal account as well as place orders in the Store.
• In this document, the Agreement refers to the purchase-sale agreement between the User (Buyer) and the Administrator (Seller), which is automatically considered concluded from the moment the User (Buyer) selects Products, forms the shopping cart, provides Buyer information and the delivery address, selects the desired payment method, reads these Rules, confirms acceptance by checking “I have read and agree to the Store Rules,” and clicks “Confirm Order.”
• Information for each Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Store’s database. Registered Users with a personal account may access their order history at any time. Registration is optional but recommended by the Seller.
• In this document, Delivery Address refers to the Buyer’s specified address for delivery of Products, provided when concluding the Agreement and selecting the delivery method.
• In this document, the Delivery Term refers to the period from the moment of Agreement confirmation and payment receipt until the final delivery of the Products to the Buyer. The delivery term indicated in the Store is approximate and depends on available stock in the Seller’s or supplier’s warehouses.
• In this document, Personal Data refer to the User’s (Buyer’s) personal information (names, surnames, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, and other personal information) provided in the following cases:
– registering an account in the Store;
– placing an order and entering required details;
– subscribing to newsletters;
– registering for or participating in Store campaigns (sales, contests, etc.);
– other applicable cases.

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

  1. The Buyer has the right to use the Store under the conditions set in these Rules and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  2. By purchasing Products and confirming the purchase-sale Agreement, the Buyer undertakes to pay the stated price according to the “Ordering and Payment” section and to accept the ordered Products according to the “Delivery” section.

  3. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided. If inaccurate data is provided, the Seller is not liable for resulting consequences and may seek compensation for direct losses (such as costs of re-delivery).

  4. The User (Buyer) is fully responsible for all actions performed using the Store.

  5. A registered Buyer is fully responsible for the security of their login details and transferring them to third parties. Anyone accessing the Store using the Buyer’s login details is considered the Buyer.

  6. In case of any changes to Personal Data or Delivery Address, the User (Buyer) must update this information immediately. If login data is lost, the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay.

  7. The Buyer may not unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the Seller has fulfilled all obligations.

  8. The Buyer has the right to terminate the Agreement and return or exchange Products according to the “Returns and Exchanges” section.

Seller’s Rights and Obligations

  1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions necessary for the Buyer to properly use the Store’s services.

  2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the Store’s operation or security or violates the Rules, the Seller may immediately restrict or terminate access to the Store and, in exceptional cases, delete the Buyer’s account.

  3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and keep personal information confidential.

  4. After the Agreement is concluded, the Seller undertakes to deliver the Products according to the “Delivery” section.

  5. The Seller undertakes to refund or exchange Products according to the “Returns and Exchanges” section.

  6. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from the Buyer’s failure to read the Rules, even though such opportunity was provided.

  7. The Seller is not responsible for information on external websites linked within the Store.

  8. The Seller may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the ordered Products are out of stock, no longer manufactured, cannot be replaced, or if supplier pricing changes. In such cases, the Seller must inform the Buyer immediately and, if the order was prepaid, refund the full amount within 14 business days. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer.

Ordering and Payment for Products

  1. The Buyer may order Products 24/7.

  2. Orders and Agreements are valid as described in “General Provisions.”

  3. Prices are displayed in euros. The Seller may change prices or product assortment at any time but not after an Agreement has been concluded.

  4. The Buyer cannot claim compensation for price changes that took effect after the Agreement was made.

  5. The Buyer may choose one of the following payment methods:
    5.1. Online banking via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas, or by Visa/MasterCard. Payments are processed through MakeCommerce.lt.
    5.2. PayPal — advance payment through the PayPal system. PayPal is responsible for transaction security.
    5.3. Google Pay or Apple Pay — secure payments using saved Buyer card details within these systems. All payments are processed according to their security standards.

  6. The Seller may restrict available payment methods depending on product quantity, price, or Buyer’s location.

Delivery and Collection of Products

  1. The Buyer may choose from the following delivery methods:
    1.1. Parcel Locker — delivery to a selected locker for the fee indicated in the Store.
    1.2. Registered Mail — delivery via Lithuanian Post for a fee indicated in the Store.

  2. The Seller may limit delivery methods based on order size, value, or the Buyer’s address.

  3. The Buyer must provide accurate Personal Data and Delivery Address, including additional details if needed.

  4. The Buyer must personally accept the Products. If delivery documents confirm delivery to the specified address, the Buyer cannot claim incorrect delivery.

  5. If delivery cannot be completed within the indicated term, the Seller must contact the Buyer to agree on an alternative.

  6. The Buyer acknowledges that:
    6.1. delivery times may change due to stock fluctuations;
    6.2. delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Seller’s control (e.g., holidays, weather, traffic).

  7. Delivery time is calculated as follows:
    – For online banking payments: within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation (usually within 1–24 hours).
    – For cash or card payments: within 24 hours from order confirmation.

  8. Delivery is carried out only on business days.

  9. If multiple Products are ordered with different delivery times, the latest delivery term applies unless agreed otherwise.

  10. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by Buyer actions or force majeure.

Returns and Exchanges

Product colors may slightly differ from the image due to device display variations. The Seller cannot guarantee exact color matching.

According to EU Directive 97/7/EC, the Buyer cannot withdraw from the Agreement if the purchased Product was custom-made (personalized).

Custom-made items may only be returned if defective or not matching specifications.

  1. The Buyer may return or exchange non-personalized Products within 14 days, provided that:
    1.1. The item is in original, intact packaging;
    1.2. The item is undamaged and complete;
    1.3. The item is unused and retains commercial appearance.

  2. Defective or incorrect items may be returned according to Lithuanian law.

  3. The Buyer must inspect packaging upon delivery and report damaged items within 24 hours, providing photos.

  4. To return an item, the Buyer must email a written request including:
    – name, surname, phone number;
    – order date and number;
    – product name and price;
    – reason for return;
    – photos (if defective);
    – bank account for refunds.

  5. Requests must be sent to info@snukerioakademija.lt

  6. Return shipping for high-quality items is paid by the Buyer. For defective items — by the Seller.

  7. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days. The Seller may withhold funds until the item is returned.

  8. The Seller refunds standard delivery costs if the Buyer withdraws within 14 days.

  9. Items that are non-returnable under Lithuanian law may not be returned without prior agreement.

 

Review Management Rules

Definitions

1.1. The Data Controller and operator of www.snukerioakademija.lt is VšĮ “Snukerio akademija”, company code 304301865, phone +370 61499747, email info@snukerioakademija.lt
1.2. These Rules define how customer reviews are collected, processed, and published.
1.3. snukerioakademija.lt is the online store operating at www.snukerioakademija.lt
1.4. A Review is the client’s opinion about a purchased Product.
1.5. A Rating is a five-star scoring evaluation.
1.6. A Client is any capable person who purchased Products.
1.7. Other terms follow Lithuanian law.

Review Collection

2.1. The Company publishes only authentic Reviews submitted by actual Clients. Only length or obvious grammar errors may be edited.
2.2. Reviews are collected by contacting Clients via email after purchase.
2.3. Average rating is calculated arithmetically.
2.4. Reviews may be submitted only by registered users who purchased Products.
2.5. Authenticity is verified through Facebook and/or Google authorization.
2.6. Both positive and negative Reviews are published.
2.7. Comments are blocked if they:
– relate to illegal activity;
– contain offensive content, profanity, hate speech, threats;
– contain false information;
– are fake reviews.
2.8. Only the Reviewer’s name and content are publicly displayed.
2.9. Contact details are not published.
2.10. Reviews are published in Lithuanian.
2.11. The Company may modify the Rules as required by law.

Final Provisions

3.1. These Rules comply with EU Directive 2019/2161.
3.2. Personal data is processed for review identification and transparency.
3.3. Inquiries can be sent to info@ivi.lt
3.4. Complaints may be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or via the ODR platform.

Quality and Warranty

  1. The Buyer acknowledges that:
    1.1. product colors, sizes, or shapes may differ due to device display settings;
    1.2. product descriptions may occasionally be inaccurate due to manufacturer updates;
    1.3. Products are covered by a 24-month warranty. Written request and proof of purchase are required. Warranty applies equally to component parts.

Promotions and Special Offers

  1. The Seller may initiate discounts, sales, games, etc.

  2. The Seller may change or cancel promotions without notice, effective from the moment of update.

  3. Personalized promotions may apply only to specific Users.

  4. The Buyer cannot dispute promotions that became active after placing an order.

Other Conditions

  1. The Seller communicates with the Buyer via the email/phone provided.

  2. The Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details listed on the Store.

  3. The Seller is not liable for failed email delivery due to internet or provider issues.

  4. Each Party compensates direct damages caused to the other Party.

Copyright and Use of Information

  1. All Store content is owned by the Administrator. Use is permitted only with prior written consent and with proper attribution.

  2. The Store may contain external links; the Administrator is not responsible for their content.

  3. User-generated content (reviews, comments, etc.) is not verified for accuracy by the Administrator.

  4. By posting content, the User grants the Administrator full copyright without compensation.

Final Provisions

  1. These Rules are governed by Lithuanian law.

  2. The Administrator may modify these Rules at any time; the latest version is always available on the Store’s “Rules” page.

  3. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; if unsuccessful, according to Lithuanian law at the Seller’s location.

  4. Consumer disputes may be resolved via the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or the EU ODR platform.
