• Processed Data, Sources and Data Disclosure
o For direct marketing purposes, the following data is collected and processed: name, surname, email address, address, telephone number.
o Your data is collected from these sources: directly from you and from payment service providers (who process your payments to the Administrator).
o Data recipients: your data is not transferred to other recipients.
o Data processors are:
– Automated newsletter systems, if the customer agrees to receive newsletters;
– Parcel delivery services (Omniva, DPD, LP Express, Lithuanian Post) used for product delivery;
– Online payment processing is carried out using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment processing and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

• Data Retention Periods
o Data collected for marketing purposes on the website is processed for 3 (three) years from the date of your last login to the website.

• Your Rights
